Overview
Pensiun Mudah makes retirement planning approachable for everyday Indonesian workers. The product translates dense pension regulations into a guided, conversational flow that produces a personalized projection in minutes.
The problem
Pension rules are hard to reason about: contribution tiers, vesting periods, and payout formulas interact in ways most people never see until it is too late to plan. The goal was to make those mechanics legible without dumbing them down.
What I built
- A typed rules engine modeling contribution tiers and payout formulas
- A guided onboarding flow that uses progressive disclosure to stay calm
- A projection dashboard with side-by-side scenario comparison
Outcome
The first cohort completed onboarding in well under five minutes, and the projection model became the single source of truth across the product.
